I don't see it so much as leaching- all programming is given a narrative to push. We're getting a lot of dramas about SAS heroes etc too- we're being prepped.

Quite right, I meant leaching through on particular issues. The whole structure of the BBC is shaped and filtered to deliver propaganda.
