The BBC always gives prominence to official Israeli denials in its reporting. It does so with no apparent sense of irony. It dehumanises Palestinians and reduces them from human beings to shapeless statistics and renders premeditated murder by Israeli forces as mundane, everyday actions that are only to be expected. Ha’aretz is consistently more balanced than the BBC in its reporting of facts and evidence and in its willingness not to criticise the Israeli government and military actions.

So members of the Israeli army itself have told an Israeli newspaper that they have been ordered to murder unarmed civilians who pose no threat. They have said that they are carrying this order out, killing scores of hungry Palestinians per day as they try to get food from Americans in a 1 hour window at a time they are not informed of.

And there is still somehow a debate over whether Israel is in the wrong and whether the USA and other allies of Israel are complicit in genocide. Because the BBC and other western outlets want to cushion the blow of these alarming reports. So that the West will be slower to prevent the killing from continuing.

And the left have been smeared as antisemites for years to discredit them and keep them from power so that all of this can take place unchallenged except by proteators who can simply be outlawed.

Are we the baddies?
